My device writter was great friendly and explained things as they were happening as far a my extended warranty approval proceses it is terrible in responding to the dealership but at the end they did approve repairs

Your staff is friendly and enjoyed finding answers to some issues that needed researching! I like being told, "I don't know the answer, but I am going to get it for you." Challenge accepted and challenge completed! It took three employees pairing up and working together to ensure I got the issues resolved. Lots of talk about teamwork, but your employees work together and are a team!

Good service

The sales representative Alberto was so good, his knowledge of the truck, and he exceeded all of my expectations. What sealed to deal was , when I told Alberto of my testimony of being a Christian, he said, “our owner of the business is a big Christian “. I was sold, I do believe in supporting Christian businesses. 🙏. I will tell all of my friends at church of my great experience!
