    Front staff Service employees are great! On 12/26/25 I had my oil changed on my 2022 GMC Sierra Denali 2500 HD that has tinted windows including the front windshield. The oil changer used a tool to remove the last oil change sticker from the windshield and tore the tint film. He then placed the new oil change sticker over the tear to conceal it but I noticed immediately the location of the sticker and wondered why was it placed there and not in the upper corner as before? Upon removing it with my finger to move it in the upper corner it revealed the tear. I reported it to Wes and showed him the damage. Wes was great in dealing with this matter and did not blame me as I would not report something I did. I'm an honest person and expect that from a dealership service center to report their mistakes instead of trying to hide something and not say anything to their supervisors. I commend Wes and all the service managers there! They take great care of us and are an asset to the Fowler Auto dealership! I hope this gets further addressed with that employee. I will alert them next time about the tint on all my windows.

    Everyone we had contact with treated us like we were their best customer. They knew the product line and put in the time finding what I wanted in a new truck. Daniel Sanchez and Vic Phelan took the time to explain all the controls and answered all my questions. We were very pleased.
