Poor quality control and inspection of new trucks. I found two small dings on the top of the cab upon my pre-delivery inspection. I pointed it out the the sales person and she shrugged it off. The side cover on the steering wheel does not stay in place and pops off every-time I turn the wheel. Little things like these should be resolved prior to the vehicle ever being on the lot. Very disappointed.

Everyone at the service area of the dealership was very courteous. I did enjoy looking at the video from the technician checking my vehicle. It was a breath of fresh air to know that everything is on the up and up. Drew was very helpful checking me in and getting me checked out. Utilized the shuttle service. Roland? was also very nice. You folks are doing a great job Thank you Mike Mayer
