    The service that I received from the service rep was great. The problem that I have is that the problem I went in to get fixed did not get fixed properly and this is the 3rd time that I have been in to get this problem addressed. Very frustrating.

    Service department....Ally is the best... Had a little problem with the Service quote....but after emailing Virgil he immediately fixed the problem.... When making my appointment initially...the person answering the phones ( Terry) was very rude...everyone was busy in Service so I called back later again...was very obvious that she was VERY disturbed by my call...I guess she was to busy to answer....not good
